Cleacle provides business and management education for working professionals. Our programs are educational in nature and are designed to build skills and knowledge. They do not promise specific career outcomes, promotions, or income.
If you are not satisfied with your program within seven (7) days of your first payment, contact us at info@cleacle.com for a full refund of that payment. After this period, completed billing cycles are non-refundable.
Course materials, recordings, templates, and other content are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.
All content on this website and within our programs—including text, graphics, logos, and course materials—is the property of Cleacle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleacle is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or programs. Our education is provided in good faith, and results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
